Hi, I'm Jessica Scriven
I'm proud to be your candidate for Narungga.
I am a veterinarian with a background in mixed practice, emergency medicine and charity vet practice. As a vet I have seen the impacts that cost of living and the climate crisis have on our communities. I have stood with farmers who are losing stock to drought, and sat with people experiencing homelessness who have gone without food so that their pet doesn’t go hungry. It is clear to me that we need change.
Our communities are struggling with the cost of living, watching our coastlines die from the algal bloom, and homelessness is on the rise. You deserve representatives who will stand up and fight for you when you are fighting to get through the day. You deserve representatives who prioritise people and community over profit, and fight for a world that is fair for all. Together we can end systemic poverty and grow stronger, thriving communities.
